Hi there, I'm Jamie and I'm Operations Director at Three Acre Brewery.
I love all things art and design, and enjoy nothing more than being creative - which comes in handy when designing new beers and graphics.
My favourite 3AB beer has to be our first, the Best Bitter. For me, the Best represents our mission to modernise the traditional, and the rich flavours are something that we're really proud of.
When I’m not in the brewery, you can find me in a pub garden or taproom, getting a taste of the competition!

Peter
Hello, I’m Peter - I'm in charge of all things financial here at Three Acre. However, to keep me sane, I’m also responsible for developing many of the beers you enjoy in pubs and at home, having started brewing many years ago in my parents' shed.
When I’m not crunching the numbers you’ll find me down the brewery, experimenting with ingredients and new recipes. Before long, they'll become new top-quality beers on their way towards your glass!
My favourite Three Acre beer is the Session Pale - I love the smooth flavours and it's perfect for any season.

Chester
Hey, I’m Chester – I run sales and marketing here at Three Acre.
I grew up in Sussex (next-door to Jamie) and inherited a love of beer from my Dad. He always swore by Harvey’s Best Bitter, until our Best came along...
My middle name is ‘Patrick’, after a legendary local pub landlord from days gone by - so beer is in my name!
My favourite Three Acre beer is the Blood Orange Pale. Just try it and you’ll see what I mean.

Bruce
I'm Bruce, the drayman. I first met these guys when I ordered beer from them a couple of years back. I got a great vibe and loved the Hazy Pale in particular, which has just the right depth and twang to it.
Outside of beer I am a musician and all-round music fanatic. One day you will see me at a beer festival holding a guitar in one hand, a pint in the other and sporting a Three Acre Brewery t-shirt. I will be in my element.
Meet
James
Hello! I’m James, the Senior Brewer at Three Acre. I’m a classically trained singer, so when I’m not on the brew floor, you can find me whacking out some opera, or singing in my band, Nest! My favourite Three Acre beer is the Best, because you can’t beat a proper classic.
Meet
Rikki
I'm Rikki - Sales Executive here at Three Acre Brewery, where I'm lucky enough to be working with such a great team.
Before Three Acre, I worked in hospitality for over 20 years, which built my love of good old country pubs and great tasting ales.
I've also got a great passion for running, one of my accomplishments being a 50-mile Ultra Marathon in the Yorkshire Dales. I enjoyed a good beer or two after that, of course...
My favourite Three Acre beer has to be Session Pale: juicy, heavily dry-hopped and full of flavour. Let's face it - who doesn't love a good session beer?
Meet
Ollie
Our newest member of the dray team, Ollie can be found delivering casks of the good stuff to our pub friends across Sussex, Kent and London. We asked him to share a bit about himself, and here's what we got:
1. Devilishly handsome.
2. Charming.
3. Makes guitars.
4. Favourite Three Acre beer: Chocolate Oat Stout.
Say no more!
Meet
Ed
Hi, I’m Ed. I’ve recently joined the brew team here at Three Acre, and I grew up in Sussex - so naturally I have a taste for the countryside! I started out working on vineyards across the south east, but not so long ago I took a side step into the world of craft beer - gaining experience in various breweries in London, such as East London Brewing Co, Mondo, and Beavertown. Ultimately, this journey has led me back home to Sussex, to start my next chapter crafting my skills as a brewer and teaming up with the guys here at Three Acre - who in my opinion are creating some of the finest beers the market has to offer. My favourite of theirs is Christmas Old Ale: it’s a festive winter warmer, packed with malt flavour and notes of toffee... because who doesn't love Christmas?
